1. Cancellation 12 hours before the class: If you cancel at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time, there is no fee. 
2. Cancellation between 12 and 2 hours before the class: If you cancel between 12 and 2 hours before the scheduled class, you will be charged 50% of the class fee. 
3. Cancellation less than 2 hours before the class: If you cancel less than 2 hours before the scheduled class, you will be charged 100% of the class fee.  
We recommend informing us of any cancellations as early as possible to avoid unnecessary charges.
